Software Engineer (Frontend/Backend)

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining frontend features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, as well as building and maintaining backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and a chosen backend framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and a chosen backend framework
  • Collaborate with the project manager/architect in daily stand-ups to review progress and clarify requirements
  • Implement features efficiently based on provided requirements, designs, and wireframes
  • Commit clean, maintainable code to a shared repository and follow best practices for code reviews and version control
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years professional experience in web development
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development
  • Proven experience with React.js and Next.js in production environments
  • Solid backend experience with Node.js and related frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to build consumer-facing web applications that handle high traffic
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, caching strategies, asset optimization)
  • Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, ticketing systems, CI/CD)
