About the RoleThe Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and billing processes are in place and maintained.
- Manage data entry and transaction tracking.
- Audit contracts and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Provide administrative support including coordinating vendor schedules and handling general tasks.
- Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
