About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our clients' curated-audience campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deal Setup & Audience Build:
    • Develop audience segments in our AI platform based on client specifications.
    • Automate PMP Deal ID generation and name them accordingly.
    • Curate inventory packages aligned with target segments.
  2. Technical Configuration & QA:
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across platforms.
    • Execute campaign QA checklists and secure internal sign-off.
  3. Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP):
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds.
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues across various platforms.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports.
    • Identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly.
  5. Margin Management:
    • Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability.
  6. Client Escalations & Support:
    • Provide first-line technical support for delivery issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering.
  7. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Research and document new curation and optimization techniques.
    • Share best practices and train peers on emerging programmatic technologies.

We value expertise in leading SSPs and DSPs, combined with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving programmatic ecosystem.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading.
  • Deep expertise with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and SSPs (e.g., OpenX, PubMatic).
  • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem.
  • Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection.
  • Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams.
