IT Systems Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for clients, administering, supporting, and troubleshooting issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects, including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
Requirements
  • Min 3 years' experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
