We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer concerns are properly documented, processed, or referred to the appropriate fulfillment units. You will also be required to adhere to set quality standards by providing excellent customer service at all times. This includes responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of work experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus;
  • Experience in customer service (voice/non-voice) for digital banking or internet banking is highly valued;
  • Excellent time management skills to handle business-as-usual tasks;
  • Open to working in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City and/or Gateway, Cubao.
