Creative Design Professional

We're seeking a skilled creative designer to join our e-commerce team. This role combines design skills with creative strategy, requiring someone who can analyze trends and competitors, and translate insights into innovative design concepts.

  • Create high-quality designs for product packaging and manuals.
  • Design engaging ad creatives for Amazon and Meta Ads.
  • Transform content from sources like an Influencer Content Database into polished ad creatives, webshop visuals, and campaign assets.
  • Develop visually compelling graphics for Shopify stores and product listings on platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, MediaMarkt, and Decathlon.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance creatives from simple assets like white background photography.
  • Analyze competitors, identify what works, and adapt it with a creative twist.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce or consumer brands.
  2. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suites, Canva, and Figma or other design tools.
  3. Strong experience creating high-performing ad creatives across Amazon and Meta Ads.
  4. Able to transform content from sources like an Influencer Content Database into high-converting visuals for various platforms.
  5. Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to generate creatives from simple assets.
  6. Proactive by nature, bringing new ideas without waiting for instructions.
  7. Strong research skills, including analyzing competitors and identifying what works.
  8. A proven ability in website and product page design (Shopify stores, Amazon listings, A+ content, category/homepages).
  9. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

About the Role

This is an independent contractor position, working fully remote with flexible hours based on experience.
