Product Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product strategy and development.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our product suite, including the creation of new investment products and the enhancement of existing offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end structuring and development of collective investment schemes such as Unit Investment Trust Funds and Mutual Funds, and other pooled investment products.
  • Collaborate closely with our Investment Team to develop advanced financial products such as structured notes and derivatives-based instruments.
  • Ensure that all products are fully compliant with existing regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA, CPA or Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • At least 8-10 years of proven relevant experience in Product Development, and/or Structuring within an asset management, treasury, or trust institution.
  • Should have any one of the following certifications: TIFP One-Year Course on Trust Operations and Investment Management; UITF CUSP and SEC CIS Certification.

This is a senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of financial products, experience in structuring both treasury-related products and familiarity with our industry and regulatory environment.
