We're seeking an exceptional Video Editor to join our thriving team in Manila. As a key member of our post-production crew, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging video content that inspires and motivates women.

In this fast-paced role, you'll work closely with our Senior Video Editor, creatives, and strategists to craft compelling stories, edit high-quality content, and maintain efficient production pipelines. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for storytelling will shine through in every project.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team that's making a real impact. You'll be responsible for editing various formats of video content, including short-form paid social ads, user-generated content (UGC), testimonials, and original video pieces for our weight loss program.

  • Edit engaging content across multiple formats, primarily short-form paid social ads, UGC, and other original video content
  • Collaborate with raw footage, including UGC and past shoots, to create new ad variations, cutdowns, and testable formats
  • Work with creatives, strategists, and performance marketers to bring briefs to life and create high-performing content
  • Support the Senior Editor in maintaining organized file structures and export systems
  • Contribute to a swift, efficient production pipeline and help the team meet weekly content targets
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2–4 years' experience editing video content, preferably in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and Davinci Resolve
  • A keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and performance: able to transform raw footage into captivating content
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented skills: you'll keep files tidy and timelines on track
  • Comfort working in a high-output, test-and-learn creative environment
