Lead Retail Operations

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team of retail associates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
