Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining blockchain networks and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and infrastructure engineering, with experience in managing server infrastructures with high availability requirements. You should also be proficient in designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure and reliable infrastructure to monitor, detect, and mitigate performance and security issues.
  • Manage Linux servers, including routine and proactive daily management of system health, stability, and availability.
  • Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with peer-to-peer networking security best practices.
  • Develop and communicate threat models and risk assessments for all systems we operate.
Requirements:
  • Experience as DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineer.
  • Ability to program in one or more languages like Python, GoLang, Bash, or Javascript.
  • Experience managing server infrastructures with high availability requirements.
  • Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices.
  • Understanding of the blockchain space and blockchain technology.
  • Deep understanding of sockets, full networking stack, and Linux security.
  • Knowledge of building automation and CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud deployment technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Contributions to open source communities.
