Senior Blockchain Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a Principal Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure using Solana blockchain technology.

This position requires a skilled and experienced individual who can design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain with a focus on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, finance, and ops teams to translate real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic. They will ensure alignment between protocol behavior and user experience across the stack.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.
• Cross-functional Systems Design: Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of on-chain logic and optimal user experience.
• Maintaining a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture. They should also be able to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.

Beyond technical expertise, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, challenge ideas respectfully, and actively contribute to raising the technical bar across the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana with Rust.
• Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
• Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management and multi-sig architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
• Peer collaboration and code quality: Maintains a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review. Demonstrates strong communication skills, challenges ideas respectfully, and actively contributes to raising the technical bar across the team.
• Fluency in English both in spoken and written forms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Ethereum smart contract development (Solidity), ERC-4337 account abstraction standards and cross-chain protocol design.

• Security Mindset: Experience applying secure software development practices, threat modeling, and understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities.
