To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in Solar as a Project Coordinator
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills
