- Analyze alternative data to inform policy decisions.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and credit test programs.
- Recommend changes to existing credit policies to optimize portfolio quality.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Management, and Data Analytics/Visualization.
- Understanding of credit risk principles.
- Experience in retail credit risk. Fintech experience is a plus.
