Key Responsibilities:

The Leasing Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating property showings and ensuring a seamless leasing process.


  • Respond to tenant inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of available properties and leasing appointments.
  • Follow up with leads to provide information about available properties, pricing, and requirements.
  • Update leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, scheduling, leasing, or property management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in YARDI or similar property management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
