Virtual Support Specialist

The Virtual Support Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties, including accurately and efficiently capturing and inputting various forms of information into the company database. They will also be responsible for keeping all filing systems up to date, providing support in a team-based environment, communicating effectively with stakeholders, responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodations, managing a contact list, preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records, creating presentations as assigned, meeting team productivity and accuracy standards, ensuring confidentiality while handling sensitive information, following policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership, and performing other administrative tasks and duties as needed.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of the English language, possess a strong work ethic, and have prior administrative experience. They should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
