Position Overview

We are looking for a Cost/Pricing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and analyzing costing models, supporting pricing strategies, and ensuring financial sustainability for hospital services and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze costing and pricing models to support hospital services, packages, and business initiatives.
  • Conduct cost and variance analysis and review profitability to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing.
  • Prepare reports and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams to align pricing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in costing, pricing, or financial analysis (healthcare experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
