We're seeking a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to source and attract top talent for various roles worldwide. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for identifying potential candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screenings and interviews, managing candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Sourcing high-quality candidates via diverse platforms and networks.
  • Evaluating candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through thorough assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking key recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring strategies.
  • Working closely with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • The ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate our clients' needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools to streamline our hiring processes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • An open-minded and adaptable approach to new challenges and industry trends.
What We Offer

We provide a fully remote position with flexibility in work location and semi-flexible working hours, requiring at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).
