Early Years Practitioner - A Rewarding Career Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and educational activities for young children
  • Supporting children's learning and development through effective observation, assessment, and record-keeping
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
