Business Analyst Role Summary:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex business environments and systems landscapes. Your expertise in gathering and documenting business and client project requirements will be instrumental in driving project success.

  • You will develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear, concise, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Presentation of detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Review and evaluation of proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.
  • Collaboration with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company's data-led strategy.
  • Assessment and management of the impact of requirements on data systems and business processes.
  • Support development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
