Remote Medical Manager Job Description

A remote medical manager plays a vital role in leading a team of virtual assistants to ensure alignment between their performance and clients' expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of medical client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-VA pairs.
  • Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses utilizing our services.
  • Medical Client-VA management
  • Manage clients and their needs with our services (Mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, familiar with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (both written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated, focused, organized, and has a growth mindset.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box: understand requirements and create solutions if necessary.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
