Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review various legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case law analysis
  • Prepare detailed case summaries and assist in trial preparations
  • Organize and maintain client files and case management systems effectively
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and teams as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (U.S. law experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with U.S. legal systems and court procedures
  • Experience using legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther)
  • Knowledge in areas such as litigation, corporate law, immigration, or family law
