We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve customer inquiries while providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly, adhering to call center protocols and performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions in the system, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for call handling and data entry.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by actively listening, offering effective solutions, and demonstrating problem-solving skills, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high professionalism in all interactions, consistently meeting quality standards for communication, tone, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide support, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior agents, ensuring efficient resolution of customer concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
