The successful candidate will sell to, support, and onboard new MSPs, while nurturing existing partnerships that drive new revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and recruiting partners that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Ensuring certification and effective enablement of MSPs.
  • Helping operationalize unique partner models and GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional partner account management delivering sales and service excellence.
  • Evangilizing within your partner ecosystem and territory to drive mindshare for AvePoint.

Your day-to-day will involve building and managing a pipeline of potential MSP partners, conducting regular partner enablement sessions, collaborating with internal teams, and providing ongoing account management support.

We seek individuals who value agility, passion, and teamwork, bringing fresh ideas to the table and wanting opportunities to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of proven track record in sales and/or partner development.
  • Successful track record of exceeding business development and booking goals.
  • Experience personally managing end-to-end partner enablement plans.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales & service teams in successful closing of deals.
  • Ability to develop a quantifiable business case establishing and driving a strong mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and owners within the partner community.
  • Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
