Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or Business-Related field
  • Three to four years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry
  • Strong orientation towards customer management and decision-making skills
  • Effective people management and coaching abilities
  • Familiarity with store operations and ability to assess improvements
