About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sr. IBM Sterling Analyst to join our team, providing analysis and programming support to clients using the IBM Sterling Integrator platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels and escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within established SLAs.

  • Provide expert-level support and development services to resolve application issues raised by project managers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex problems, detect causes, and implement preventive actions to recurring issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including findings and resolutions.

This is a mid-senior level contract position, requiring at least 5 years of experience in analysis and development using IBM Sterling. Strong knowledge of Sterling messages, concepts, and processes is essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis and development using IBM Sterling.
  • Strong foundation in Sterling messages, concepts, and processes.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., SFTP).
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.
  • Proficiency in basic SQL commands and scripting.
  • Ability to coordinate with the QC team for testing deliverables.
