Job Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis and development using IBM Sterling Gentran
  • Strong understanding of EDI messages, standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), and transaction processes
  • Experience with Sterling Gentran mapping, translation, and communication protocols (e.g., SFTP, AS2)
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and basic SQL scripting
  • Experience coordinating with Quality Assurance teams for testing and validation
  • Ability to write and maintain code and technical documentation based on specifications
  • Knowledge of CMMI processes and documentation standards
  • Eagerness to continuously learn through self-study and professional development
  • Willingness to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., brownbag trainings) for team development
