Senior Software Engineer Position

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced software engineer who is passionate about creating innovative solutions that empower people and businesses.

  • This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices, as well as proficiency in modern technologies and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to create intuitive features that drive employee engagement.
  • Additionally, this person will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven features that enhance user experience.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-based services to improve platform capabilities and efficiency.

Tech Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environments.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (non-relational databases a plus).
  • Familiarity with agile software development processes for building distributed systems.

Team Player:

  • Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in small, dynamic groups.
