Working hours - 5pm - 1.30am PHT (6pm - 2.30am PHT during Daylight Savings)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of payment processes and Treasury functions.
  • Respond promptly to queries and ensure all items are actioned as expected.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively to colleagues within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to customer information within pertinent files.
  • Complete tasks daily in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management when necessary.
  • Provide critical support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information with diligence.
  • Organise Treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate meeting minutes accordingly.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks on ad hoc Treasury and Reporting projects.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering policies and the Company's internal controls and Money Transfer services procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Diligent, conscientious, organised and accurate.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Treat company resources, processes and people with respect, honesty and integrity.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working in Customer Service/Business roles.
  • Understanding of Regulatory environments related to Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland to ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures.
