We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist (Supervisory) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing market research to identify target audiences and create segments.

Our ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns. They should also have experience in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand, ideally in the food or beverage sector.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns with measurable results, including improved ROAS and increased conversions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X.

Additionally, you will analyze the performance of programmatic advertising and track performance metrics.

Ambitious and motivated individual with excellent communication skills is required for this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and be able to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
