Job Title: CRM Data Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of CRM Data Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and tracking marketing and sales databases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to provide data analysis and reporting. They will also be responsible for ensuring that data is clean and up-to-date.

  • Proactively records data from leads generated, wins and losses
  • Manages and tracks the marketing and sales databases, does list building and data entry, and ensures that data is clean and up-to-date
  • Assists in aligning marketing and sales data with CRM data
  • Provides basic data analysis from data gathered
  • Prepares marketing and sales reports based on data gathered
  • Performs research tasks based on specifications and organizes research output for presentation
  • Assists in defining and continuously improving data recording process, procedures, guidelines, trackers, and tools
  • Assists in the preparation of marketing collaterals when appropriate
  • Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Able to multitask
  • Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Persistent and resourceful
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
