Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Influencer Marketing Assistant.

This part-time remote position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers in the marketing industry, ensuring engagement and trackable communications, deliverables, and campaign progress.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, be comfortable with email correspondence, and have experience working independently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Track influencer communications, deliverables, and campaign progress through meticulous organization and attention to detail.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the agency team to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Support influencer marketing operations by organizing outreach lists and providing regular reporting.
  • Offer general marketing operations support as needed for client influencer programs.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; proficient in email communication and comfortable with short calls.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple communications simultaneously.
  • Able to follow through consistently and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with influencer programs or influencer marketing agencies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing operations, including campaign tracking, reporting, and CRM usage, is also beneficial.
  • Prior client-facing experience and comfort building rapport with external partners is an asset.
Required Skills & Tools:
  • Email proficiency (Gmail and Outlook).
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp).
