About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Senior QA Automation Engineer to spearhead automated testing solutions and processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance methodologies to enhance our software development lifecycle.

This role is perfect for individuals who excel in designing comprehensive automation testing frameworks, creating and maintaining automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing, integrating automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines, leading automation strategy, mentoring junior team members, analyzing test results, and providing detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automated Testing Frameworks: Create robust and scalable testing frameworks to ensure seamless execution of tests.
  • Create and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Write high-quality test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing to ensure thorough coverage of application functionality.
  • Integrate Automation Solutions with CI/CD Pipelines: Seamlessly integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines to streamline the testing process.
  • Lead Automation Strategy and Mentor Junior Team Members: Guide junior team members in implementing best practices and mentor them in their roles.
  • Analyze Test Results and Provide Detailed Reporting: Analyze test results, identify areas of improvement, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance: Proven track record of success in test automation and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Automation Tools like Selenium, Cypress or Similar: Experience with popular automation tools to ensure seamless execution of tests.
  • Strong Programming Skills in Java, Python or JavaScript: Proficiency in programming languages to write high-quality test scripts.
  • Experience with CI/CD Tools and DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices to streamline the testing process.
  • Knowledge of API Testing and Performance Testing Tools: Experience with API testing and performance testing tools to ensure thorough coverage of application functionality.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze test results and identify areas of improvement.
