Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing and maintaining high-quality automated testing frameworks.

The successful applicant will lead the development of our test automation strategy, focusing on front-end and back-end systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the QA team.
  • Developing and executing test plans and strategies for complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Leading the implementation of automation frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integrations.
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, identifying issues early and ensuring efficient release cycles.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and team management.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management using Git, Bitbucket, etc.
