We're seeking a seasoned automation expert to spearhead our quality assurance strategy across teams.

Job Overview
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices for all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts.
  • Maintain high levels of automation test coverage and execution results.
  • Analyze test results and quality metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Enhance the automation framework and testing tools.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git.
