Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will help shape the future of risk management in campaigns?

The Senior Associate position is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned campaigner with experience navigating risks, particularly in the areas of climate change, anti-democracy, and dis/misinformation.

You will be joining our Global Risk Team, working closely with our Risk Manager and Risk Associate to embed strong risk practices within the design and delivery of time-sensitive and impactful campaigns. This is a new position that offers scope to shape the role as Meliore expands its risk management operations.

Your primary focus will be to engage with campaigns at various stages of design and delivery, providing a risk management lens to ensure that we are always taking calculated risks that align with our goals. You will also provide guidance and feedback to internal teams and partners on campaign materials and direction, focusing on compliance and safety risks.

We are looking for someone with experience working in asynchronous environments, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and a willingness to adapt their risk management methodologies to suit our organization's needs. A strong understanding of risk management principles, facilitation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Experience in campaigns and risk management, ideally in an international organization or one with a global footprint
  • Strong cross-cultural experience and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and effectively communicate and manage interpersonal relationships
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with additional languages an asset
