Job Title: Staff Accountant, Payment Collections

This role involves working closely with the global accounting team to manage and collect payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Payment collection, emails, and phone call reminders.
  • Daily bank reconciliations and monitoring AR accounts and balances.
  • Handling purchase order collection for multi-year agreements.
  • Internal task escalation and working closely with sales and legal departments.
  • Providing data support for accounting reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in English or Economics.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • At least 3+ years of payment collection experience.
  • Hardworking with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
