Logistics Sales Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Sales Expert to join our team at CD+A. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the team in achieving and surpassing individual targets in terms of volume, revenue, and contribution.

You will be responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing sales. This includes playing an active role in team building activities to achieve team goals, coordinating with various departments to meet customer requirements, and ensuring coverage of assigned accounts.

You will also perform regular visits/contacts with the account base through a combination of individual and joint calls, securing new accounts as well as developing existing accounts through relationship building.

Liaise with principal counterparts in respective Business Units for effective two-way sales communications. Monitor, review, and follow up on communications being sent to Business Unit colleagues.

Implement Marketing Programs as directed by Country Manager and Regional General Manager.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics related
  • Three to five (3-5) years of related job experience as a key sales management
  • Management experience and negotiating and closing deals
  • Able to arrange and coordinate regional, national, and global logistics
  • Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Work Arrangement:
  • On-site; Pasay office
  • Will have to go on field to visit clients within and outside Metro Manila
