We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, data infrastructure, and construction.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Over time, hire and mentor a small team of sales/business development professionals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Launch targeted marketing campaigns to clearly communicate our telecom and infrastructure solutions.
- Case Studies and Success Stories: Build compelling case studies and client success stories to highlight our expertise in fiber, cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, and data center solutions.
- Online Presence: Manage online presence through LinkedIn, SEO, and website optimization to ensure discoverability and trustworthiness.
- Industry Partnerships: Explore strategic partnerships, industry events, and PR opportunities to position us as a leader in telecom and cabling solutions.
- Growth Targets and Priorities: Partner with leadership to define growth targets and priorities.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing performance and provide regular reports.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, verticals, and opportunities for expansion.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven track record of building and closing pipelines from scratch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and inbound lead generation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a growing company environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
