We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to manage and optimize our CRM system, improve operational activities, and oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system to improve operational activities and client satisfaction
  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing
  • Prepare pre-listing materials, obtain essential signatures, and input listing information on MLS and marketing websites
  • Coordinate with third parties, such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
  • Submit necessary documentation for file compliance and update the client database system
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload
  • Able to work independently and follow client business hours
