Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage purchase agreements, contracts, and transaction files for buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents.

  • This role is responsible for coordinating the exchange of properties, updating stakeholders on transaction statuses, reviewing documentation for compliance, and maintaining a system for recording transactions.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in real estate virtual assistance or a related field, proficiency in transaction management software, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
