Are you looking for a finance career that involves working with complex data and supporting the Controller with accounting tasks?
We're seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Analyst to join our team. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling daily credit card and deposit activity, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and tax filings.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in finance, preferably with prior experience in reconciling credit card and deposit transactions, month-end close processes, and using Excel or Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile daily credit card and deposit transactions
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, vendor payments, and tax filings
- Support the Controller with financial audit support
- At least 4 years (and above) of Finance experience
- Prior experience with reconciling credit card and deposit transactions
- Prior experience with month-end close processes
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheet
