- Software Development Experience: Possess 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly in backend tech stacks.

- Agile Development: Demonstrate 3+ years of significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test Driven Design methodologies.
- Unit Testing and Code Review: Showcase at least 2 years of strong experience with unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code review, continuous integration, continuous delivery & DevOps practices.
- Cloud Platforms: Have at least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
