Software Engineering Role:

We seek a highly skilled Senior Ruby Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

  • Develop and maintain large-scale, high-quality software solutions using Ruby.
  • Manage and orchestrate multiple microservices to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Understand, plan, and execute maintenance of existing integrations for optimal performance.
  • Lead technical initiatives and actively participate in systems architecture projects to drive growth.
  • Improve test coverage and quality through rigorous testing practices.
  • Create internal tools and libraries to enhance engineering efficiency.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Contribute to scaling the engineering team by implementing efficient processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with extensive expertise in Ruby development.
  • Recent experience working on scalable and maintainable Ruby projects.
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring processes to optimize system performance.
  • Experience with Grafana/Prometheus is a plus, but not required.
  • Test-driven development skills are essential for ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems principles, including microservices and service-oriented architecture.
  • Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and CircleCI.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration.
