Data & Automation Specialist is a key position in our organization, requiring a unique blend of technical skills and business acumen. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Implement automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo, Tableau, or equivalent) and data pipeline automation
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar)
