Key Job Responsibilities
  • Promote efficiency and productivity through automation of operational processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that integrate n8n, Airtable, Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement is essential.
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation and proficiency in Airtable schemas, formulas, automations, and API integration are must-haves.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments is also required.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp is an asset.
