As a Financial Wealth Planner with our organization, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, creating personalized insurance and investment solutions to help them work towards their long-term financial goals.

The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their financial objectives and are willing to undergo extensive sales and financial management training. We offer a range of benefits, including weekly pay, HMO and life insurance coverage, and travel incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Client Prospecting: Build relationships with clients and understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop personalized insurance and investment proposals to meet clients' needs.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to help them reach their long-term financial goals.
  • Sales and Training: Participate in extensive sales and financial management training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Education: At least college level; fresh grads and undergrads are welcome.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • No Prior Experience Required: No prior insurance industry experience required.
  • Sales Experience Preferred: Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Training and Licensure: Willing to undergo training and licensure exam.
  • Work Arrangements: Willing to work 2-3 hours daily (for part-timers) and have a stable Internet connection.
  • Equipment: Must have an iPad, smartphone, or Android tablet.
  • Residence: Preferrable residing in NCR and CALABARZON for contingency.
  • Social Media: Strong social media presence is a plus.
