Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of wealth management strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies for successful project completion.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis to support product development, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Financial Advisors, Operations, Technology, and Compliance officers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for review by senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within the product delivery lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, product development, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
  • Expertise in conducting research and analysis to support product development.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., myPM, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
