Responsibilities:

• Data collation and reporting: Compile and analyze data to create comprehensive reports on various HR metrics, such as attendance, performance, and benefits utilization.
• Inventory management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and distribution as needed.
• Database upkeep: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR database by performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues.
• Departmental coordination: Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related matters, fostering a culture of communication and teamwork.
• Benefits administration: Handle the administration of company benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Additional tasks: Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management, utilizing your skills and expertise to support the team's success.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar role.
