We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Protege Logistics Philippines Inc. This is a challenging role that requires a strong ability to plan and implement strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of profit and loss analysis, as well as the ability to coach subordinates towards company goals.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% utilization of delivery units, guaranteeing smooth delivery processes from booking to unloading to Proof of Delivery (POD) completion, and formulating and implementing processes to drive business growth. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and plan and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Benefits
