Association Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations (HOAs). The successful candidate will act as the primary remote contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison for HOA boards and homeowners via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensure compliance with governing documents, and help maintain smooth operations.
  • Track and manage HOA compliance matters such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure budgets, dues, and financials are accurate and delivered on time.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software.
